The blowing installation delivered by our company also includes a mould manufactured according to our customers requirements.

In the order form, the customer specifies the volume for the needed bottle and his preferences for a certain shape; our company will further mould the required shape (solid model), using the most modern CAD designing procedures and submit it to the client's approval. All moulds are made of aluminum, are cooled on the entire surface and long-term guaranteed.

Our specialists are fully experienced in moulds designing, as they completed so far over 80 moulds for various customers.

One mould's completion time is 2 - 4 weeks.
